In order to operate its mining, concentrating, packaging and transportation processes in Western Australia, Magellan must comply with a variety of conditions, licences and other approvals issued by various Departments of the State Government of Western Australia and the Minister for Environment.

As it becomes available, Magellan publishes information on this website in this section to demonstrate compliance with Ministerial conditions and other approvals.

Magellan has lodged an unconditional and irrevocable $5 million bond with the State Government as required by Ministerial conditions for the project.
